In action is a state that the post-Soviet man exhibits as a result of the self ascribed victim-hood in which they live. As a result the act - or action becomes seen as a trait of an other and thus as a victim. Victim-hood gives a value to what you are even if that value is nothing. It supports the minimum act or inaction. Others now exist within Russia as they were primarily outside the USSR as fascists or capitalists. this is played out in Russian film in the Post-Soviet period.
