Opening credits have Russin classical music.
People riding in a carriage talking about the night ove evil and Nosferatu. the carriage comes into town and it appears to be a gypsy town. A man goes on to the castle tonight and all are concerned. The driver is afraid to go on. The driver wants to wait until dawn. The man is Renfeld and he wasnts to go to Dastle dracula. all are concerned becuase at the castel is haunted and the fires and wolves and all feed on the blood of others. The sun go down. The village wants to inside. The man gets inside the castel and a woman who signed of the cross gives Renfeld a crucifix to wear as protection. All cross themselves and wait that he won't rerun.
The castle on the hill.
A coffin in the basement opens and a hand comes out. Rats. bugs. A woman comes out and a man. Dradula. Woman ware walking and dracula walks.
A man in a carriage sits in the fog and waits for R's carriage to pull up. The carriage thows his things and R gets our and gets in the other carriage. The man on the carriage motions to get in, but doesn't speak.
The carriage goes up the pass to the castle. H sees bats flying in front of teh carriage. It pulls up to the castle, but the driver is not there. The doors of the castel open for him. R's shadow on the wall. He enters the large room of the castle. Bats fly our the window. D comes dowwsn Armadillos walk on the gounds. D comes down stiars ands startles R. R talks and says he he thought he was in the wrong place as teh driver wasn't there. They walk up the stairs. D talks of the wolves as children of the night making music. D walks. Many cobwebs. R has to use his cane to go throu the wen and the spiders scurry. Spider wait for blood. blood is life as D says. they enter a large room and the door closes. the luggage is taken care of D says. and shows R to the table to eat and takes his hat and cane. doors open for d. R sits by himself. D thinks he is with Renfeld. and D looks at R wantingly. The lease of the property is given. D says he is taking only 3 boxes and that they will be leaving tomorrow evening.
D hopes all is comfotable. H cuts his hand on the papers. D comes up to the blood and sees the crucifix. R sucks the blood. D recoils from the Ctoss. D pours R wine and says he never drinks wine. H drinks and says it is delicious. D says goodnight to Renfeld. R sits and looks perplexed.
Three women enter a door and Renfels opens the door, but recoils as a bat almost flies in and R faints. The 3 wom go to him. D comes from otside and ushers them off with a waive of a hand. D goes to the lying doen R and hovers over him. Dark.
a ship, the vesta foes to England. Theere is a srtorm. Renfeld opens the casket of D on the ship. R asks that D honors his spomis and to five him little lives, not himan, but with blood. D stands on desk calmly as the stormrages.
The ship is at port and R tells D that they are here and safe. The ship is littered with filth and the shadow of a man tied to the wheel. The authories find R gone mad with mad eyes and wanting things to eat with blood.
London.
A woman sells violets and fives one to D with wild eyes. He kills her and she screams. D walks the steets in a tux. The police whistle for the dead woman found. D goes into a building with a orchestra on the stage. He is shoen a place to sit. D hypnotizes a women and tells her to deliveer amessage and that she will remeber nothing. D introdus himself to the others in his box. Mina and lucy and Harker. The abby is said to need much repair. Lucy tells D that the abby reminds her of dead. D tells that if realy dead it must be glorious. Much worse things than death. close up of D's face. Fade.
A box. Lucy says that he is facinating. they talk of D. and mina talks with an accent.
D walks outside.
Lucy looks out the window and gts rady for bed and rads. A bat hovers in the window. She senses it, but is not alarmed as the bat comes in and D appears. He goes to Lucy sleeping slowly to her neck. Fade.
a hospital surgery room with an audience. A massive loss of blood of the woman on the gurny. Unnatural loss. marks on her neck. They have had many people come and have the same symptoms.

Seward sanitorium. A man is screaming. In it R. and he wants the flies and spiders to eat.
A scientist pours liquids in a test tube. Scientist talks and tells others that they are dealing with Nosgeratu and descubes the holes in the neck. He talks about R who must eat living things to survive. They talk about superstiouns. Superstitions of yesterday become the science of today.
Two men - one is Van Helsing and the other is R's doctor. They talk about where R goes when he escapes. The doctor things that it is not posible that R can be goin after people like the tale of the Nosferatu.
R wants to go away because his yells at night might be giving Mina bad dreams. R doesn't want VH to touch his hands and to go away.
A wolf cries. The abby. D stands around. The doctor says there are no wolves in london and the staff person says that R talks to the wolves. VH shows R a wolfbane and understands why he talks to the wolves. VH tells that in europe the people use wolfsbane to protect themselves from vampires. VH wants R watched day and night.
R in his cell feels D outside and talks out loud to him and D talks with his mind to R and tells him to do things. R doesn't want to do the things he asks. D stares in to the camera at close range. R cries and doesn't want to do the things to her.
A bat in a window and D appears in the room on Mina.He walks slowly up to her. The camera is close on D's face. the scene fades.
A woman seated in a room. - is it mina. She is telling of a nightmare and a face coming down toward her with red eyes and his breath on his face. His lips. She is told she is dreaming by H. She tells that she was wasted in the morning.
VH asks her questions. What was troubling her and what did the face do and VH examines her neck. She sees marks on her neck and Harker is excited. She says she had the marks just after the dream. Dracula appears in the room and D talks to them and D and VH seem to know of each other. Mina tells that she was having a nightmare. D tells that he had been telling her stories. VH sees a mirror image and theat D is not in the image. Mina goes to bed as the others suggest. D asks to inquire later as to how she is feeling. VH wants D to be of service and Vh wants to show S the image in the mirrow and D swats the mirrow away in horror. D explains that he doesn't like mirrors and that VH would explain. D explains that VH is a wise man. H sees that D has turned to a wolf and runs away. VH explains that D is the vampire. The strength of the vampire is that people will not believe in him, explains VH.
D outside by a tree. Mina goies out to him and he embraces her in his cape.
VH explains what the vampire does. Only at night. feeds off blood. must rest in his home earth.
R explains that VH is their only hope and that it is her only hope. R wants her taken away. A bat in the window accuses R of telling. R tells that he doesn' t know D 's name.
A woman runs in and tells that Mina is outside. All run out. R stays and laughs. The woman faints and R goes to her. The men get Mina and bring her in. D watches.
A dark night . A cop on a bike. A woman walks. A child cries.
the nurse reads of how children are disappearing and that a woman of white is seen.
VH questions Mina who tells that the woman in white is lucy. H is up in arms. because Lucy is dead. Mina explains that Lucy looked like an animal face. VH promises to release Lucy from her torment. H tells mina that she will live, but mina tells him otherwise. Mina tells H that they cann't be together any more, bu that she is being sought after by the vampire. H tells Mina that h is taking her to London. VH tells her to wear wolfbane at bed. He instructs a nurse to watch and to not open the windows.
D's castle. He awakes and stands by the coffins.
VH reminds the doctors of the vampire and that D is the vampire. h wants to take her away. They convince him to keep her there. VH tells h of how to kill D.
R comes in and tells that they are all talking strangly for doctors.
R tells that D promised things by showing them in R mind. Mist, rats, fire. D stands in the window. Vh knows that D is in the house. All goe off to look for him. D is in the room with D alone. D advises VH to leave and go back to his country. D tells how Mina will live forever too and that his blood is in her. They both promise to their own deeds. D tries to command Vh to come to him. Eventually Vh obeys, but breaks the spell. VH pulls out a cross - more effective than wolfbane. D goes away.
Mina comes out all drssed after the nurse tells that she fell faint. Mina gets John to go to outside and talks of the stars and eyes his neck. THey sit and M tells him about the night and the fog. THe bat comes and Mina talks outloud to it. H accuses her of talking to the bat.
VH and the doctor talk. M wants H to do something. She tries to hypnotize h. Vh goes to her and H intervenes and Mina tells her to go away from her. She tells that D has made her unclean and that H should follow Vh's instructions.

5:30 in the morning. Mina sleeps, but takes the wolfbane from her neck and D stands watching. A nurse in in the room watching and sees D. She get hypnotized by D and takes the wolfbane from the door. She opens it to D and he walks in. H teaches down over her to drink her blood.
Men walking outside. H sees R. VH and H go to the abby. D and Mina walkoutside together. D leads min to the abby. R goes there too and calls out to D. Mina wakls as if in a trance down the stairs.
VH and H find an entrance to the abby.
R swears he didn't do something. D tells him to wait. R pleads to him. D lifts him up and strangles him and throws him down the stairs. D runs out with M while Vh and H run in . D blocks the door. They break doen the door and run to the basement where the coffins are. VH finds them in the coffins. H doesn't want to look at Mina. VH sends H for a rock or a stake. They find stakes. VH uses the broken wood and a metal piece to stake D heart. Mina stands and is in pain as D is being killed. She seems to come out of a trance. mina tells that the daylight stopped him and VH says that D cannot harm her agian. Mina and H walk up the steps together.
